UHNA PRIORITIES / ACTIVITIES

1. Reverse the alarming trend of conversion of single-family homes to student rental properties

2. Work proactively to address safety issues, code violations, and issues caused by noise, trash and over occupancy without burdening neighbors to enforce

3. Support UHCAMC’s 2020 Priorities

4. Continued collaboration with CU in order to foster a mutually supportive relationship

5. Increase communication among neighbors, support a “good neighbor” environment

6. Continue our advocacy for the preservation of the Harbeck-Bergheim House, Marpa House and other historic landmarks on University Hill

7. Actively participate in and support the HRWG
