The UHNA Executive Committee wants to officially welcome Women's Wilderness to the neighborhood and let you know of an opportunity for non-profits to lease space in the treasured Harbeck-Bergheim House. I'm forwarding to you an email from Women's Wilderness. There also is a PDF with more information that I can send to anyone interested (the Listserv server seems to not like the size of the file.)
At this time, due to the COVID-19 restrictions, Women's Wilderness is not able to host community meetings at the house but we hope that we can meet there in the future!

Office Space for Lease at Historic Harbeck House (view brochure here)
Join Women's Wilderness and other social justice non-profits in Harbeck House, just a few blocks from Chautauqua and the CU campus..
Our vision is to use one of the most storied and historic spaces in Boulder to create a better future for people and the planet. We are looking for tenants with an appetite for a phenomenal work environment at an affordable price, but also a community of collaboration in progress. Other current tenants are Focus Reentry and Boulder Climbing..
We have two office spaces available on the first floor and three on the second. There are large and small rooms on both floors. The three adjoining rooms on the second floor would make a perfect space for a larger team or can be separated for smaller teams.
In addition to office space, there is a public entryway, a community space (1300 sf) with views of the Flatirons on the third floor, a kitchen in the basement, and a parking lot.
The following rooms are still available. Pertinent information listed below, with more details and floorplans in the attached PDF.
Room 1: 355 sq ft (connects to entryway and WW office)
Room 4: 168 sq ft (connects to WW)
Room 5: 175 sq ft (connects to room 6)
Room 6: 400 sq ft (connects to rooms 5 and 7)
Room 7: 285 sq ft (connects to room 6)
Prices range from $460 to $1100 per room.
