UHCAMC / HILL HOTEL UPDATE: Andrew Shoemaker
The new Hill Hotel, which City Council has requested to review at their September 4 meeting, was discussed
Andrew Shoemaker provided updated information
UHNA EC majority believes that as residents concerned with the revitalization of the Hill, the Hill Hotel is important to support, it compliments the Hill businesses and CU; the major con noted is the displacement of the current businesses (it was noted that there is much empty retail space on the Hill and this is a priority to resolve for all involved)
EC members and neighbors are encouraged to share information with other neighbors and to provide feedback related to the new Hill Hotel by writing to the City Council at council@bouldercolorado.gov
C.A.M.P. PARK-TO-PARK UPDATE: Stephen Clark
Key objectives for this initiative, to lessen the bus traffic noise on 9th, have been successfully completed
Stephen will request the ridership survey data at the end of the season but no plans for any other further action
OTHER BUSINESS:
The September meeting is tentatively planned for Thursday, September 20
