Upcoming Forum for City Council Candidates

Hello Hill Neighbors,

UHNA and some of the Uni-Hill businesses are holding a JOINT forum for City Council candidates focused on issues facing the University Hill residential and commercial areas on Thursday 5 October 2017, from 5:30-7:30 pm at Innisfree Poetry Bookstore and Café. Innisfree will be re-configuring their space for the event, much as they do for a large poetry reading. Andrew Shoemaker will be moderating the forum. The coffee bar will be open (come early to get your cup and a seat!), so you can sip a coffee and support a local business while hearing the candidates address important issues concerning University Hill. There is a lot at stake in this City Council election and it is important that we hear what the candidates have to say regarding our neighborhood. Let’s show the candidates that we really care about the future of our neighborhood! I hope to see you there!
