CU Restorative Justice Program Needs Your Help
The CU Restorative Justice Program (CURJ) needs your help! CURJ is looking for volunteers to help students understand the community impact of their offenses. The program brings together student offenders, victims, and communities to discuss the aftermath of an incident that had community impact through a CURJ conference. The volunteer commitment is highly flexible and volunteers engage in a training to best prepare them for having these difficult conversations with students. Volunteering with the program is a great way to help CU students learn from their mistakes so they are less likely to repeat the same offense in the future. If you are interested or know any community members who might be, email CURJ at curj@colorado.edu or gives us a call at 303-492-5550.
